Horsham-based female personal trainer, Becky, delivers one-to-one sessions on Tuesdays and Fridays. She explains how to find out more and book in for a gym session…

Thanks for visiting my site! You’ve actually caught me on a rare break – I’m away from 12th until 19th October, gearing up for the final stretch of 2024. If you’re looking to book for a free consultation, or a training session, details for how to do so are below.

Personal training sessions in Horsham
I’m a self-employed personal trainer mostly delivering sessions at Dual Strength + Fitness in Horsham, West Sussex. Dual was the first gym I joined when I initially started to work on my fitness in 2017, and I still enjoy being part of the community as a member as well as a coach. Since qualifying as a personal trainer in January 2021, I’ve gone on to complete specialist certifications in cancer exercise (enabling me to work with those who are pre-, during-, or post-cancer treatment) and COPD (Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease – I’m really pleased to be able to help those living with this long-term condition).

All sessions last for one hour, and are booked and paid for directly with me. You don’t have to be a member at Dual to train there with me, non-members are welcome too. On-site parking is free of charge, and lockers are available to store your belongings whilst we train. Sessions are tailored to your specific needs, working at a pace that suits you, to ensure that you leave the gym feeling energised and accomplished. I’ve had some lovely reviews from clients, you can check those out here if you’d like to see what they’ve got to say about my services.

I’m available on Tuesdays and Fridays, and how often you come and train is up to you – it depends on what you’re looking to achieve, how much direct accountability you’d like, and what you’re able to afford. The last one is something most people are afraid to mention – I’m not here to tie you into a package or ask for fees upfront for the sake of it. I recognise that, for some people, one to one coaching is a luxury, and I aim to ensure that each of my clients gets value for money from their sessions.

Start with a free consultation
The clue is in the job title her: the service is personal, so it matters that I’m the right one for you. My relationship with a prospective client therefore always begins with a consultation, with no obligation to book sessions. Ideally, you’ll come and meet me at the gym so that we can get to know each other face to face, and if we can’t do that, we can chat on the phone. Either way, it’s a case of getting to know each other, finding out what you’re hoping for, and deciding whether we can achieve that together.

If you’re then happy to go ahead, we’ll find a time that suits us both and get started!

How to contact me
I’m away on my holidays until 19th October, although there’s a blog post going live whilst I’m away, don’t be fooled! My email inbox will be open with an autoreply on, so you can get in touch, and I will aim to get back to you on my first working day back, which will be Tuesday 22nd October. If you do email me, please feel free to put as much detail as you like about your previous experience with exercise, your current situation, and what you’re looking to achieve. Then we can take it from there!
