I had been given a training programme by my physio to help with a netball injury and we worked together on the more unfamiliar exercises with a focus on form. Becky was able to work through the programme and adjust where needed based on my current ability, and offered great advice on how to make the most of these. Becky is a great communicator and was also able to demystify some of the exercises and use plain English in order to make them more meaningful and memorable to me. It was probably the best personal training experience I've had - and not because it was over Zoom and online, but because of the compassion and understanding Becky showed for my struggles, and also the no-nonsense approach to 'if you do nothing, everything will stay the same...'. Combining both with grace is a gift that I've not come across before. I felt that I had a cheerleader who wouldn't sugarcoat the truth, and that is rare.
