Co-Women’s latest exclusive Brighton networking event is available to book now! If you hadn’t already heard, I’m co-founder of Co-Women, a networking organisation exclusively for women which prioritises joy, rather than card-swapping.

We’ve set up a bespoke Fitness Brunch series, which starts in September 2022, with sessions running monthly through to February 2023. The fitness sessions will be led by me – read on to find out more about this unique class…

What is Co-Women Fitness Brunch?
We’re launching a brand new series of events! This is a bespoke course of six sessions taking place monthly. Starting on Sunday 25th September, you can join us for a 60-minute fitness and mindset class, followed by brunch and networking. We’ll train our bodies and brains together, supporting each other to get stronger and develop our understanding of the importance of strength training for women.

Each session will have a specific focus, all of which will ultimately be linked together. I’ve designed the sessions specifically to support the needs to Co-Women members, who have said in the past that they’d love to fit exercise into their routines but struggle, or they’ve had a break and don’t know how to get back into it. Whilst covering the same themes as a group, everyone will be encouraged to progress as an individual (more on that in a bit!).

And what are the themes? A closely-guarded secret! But as a sneak peek, they will be along the lines of motivation, chasing the dream (not the competition), and embracing the mirror.

Who is Co-Women’s Fitness Brunch for?
This series is a members-only exclusive – if you aren’t already part of Co-Women and would like to join this series, you can sign up for membership and then book your place straight away. Spaces are limited, so make sure you jump in to avoid missing out.

This is a fantastic opportunity to experience a coaching environment too: my PT sessions are usually based in Crawley, and this is the only group training I’ll be running in 2022, so for those who are Brighton-based or who aren’t yet up for trying one-to-one training, now is your chance to work with me!

Am I fit enough for the sessions?
Yes! As a fully-qualified personal trainer, I’m able to work with people of all abilities, and these classes are a mixed ability format. I’ll be able to support those who are brand new to the gym, and encourage those who’ve been there before. We will have a progressive attitude, but the level of progression is up to you – it depends on how much you’d like to train between classes, and what your starting point is. Injuries and previous experiences will all be taken into account to – there’s always a way around something your body isn’t comfortable with.

Brunch sounds good, but I find gyms scary!
I hear you. And I’m here to help. I’ll walk you through the door myself, show you how everything works, and answer as many questions as you like. One of the benefits of these classes is that we’ll have the gym to ourselves (the absolute dream for any avid gym-goer!), so there won’t be any other people getting in our way or tapping their foot waiting for a piece of kit.

Still not convinced? Check out some of my client testimonials via Google. I’m also offering those thinking about signing up a free 15-minute consultation to answer any queries – just email me to set this up.

How do I sign up for Co-Women Fitness Brunch?
Via the Co-Women website! Once you’ve booked your place, get the confirmed session dates in your diary straight away – ringfence that class time for yourself (I also have the feeling that you’ll leave the first class keen to return for the remaining five). I look forward to seeing you at class in September!
