I wanted to have a professional analyse my form and help me with a program to get me back on track. Becky really is amazing. She listened to what I wanted to achieve, worked up a series of engaging work outs that work around my various injuries and covers exercises that I like to do, whilst avoiding those I don't. After just a few sessions my confidence rocketed and I feel so much more confident. I can already see results and feel stronger already. Becky is a fantastic trainer, a great motivator who can get you through your workout with great knowledge, and just the right amount of humor. She is flexible and so helpful. As someone with a plethora of annoying health conditions and recently hospitalised; Becky has been able to tailor a program to suit my needs for rehabilitation. I'm in my mid 40s and my friend encouraged me to give it a go. Becky was reassuring and helped me to feel confident about using all the gym equipment correctly.
